American Hearing Care is seeking a Medical Device Sales Professional (HCP) to work directly with patients, recommending and delivering hearing solutions while driving clinic sales growth.

The role combines patient care with a performance-driven sales environment. Base salary ranges are listed with commissions; entry-level candidates are welcome, with licensure-based opportunities for higher starting compensation.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Bachelor’s degree is preferred.
• Experience in sales, healthcare, or a customer-facing role is preferred but not required; entry-level candidates with strong communication skills are welcome.
• Healthcare, medical devices, or patient-facing environments is a strong plus.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills are essential.
• Self-motivated with the ability to meet performance goals.
• Passion for helping people and improving lives.
