Job summary

Miracle-Ear, Inc. is seeking talented sales professionals to lead hearing aid sales and perform comprehensive hearing evaluations, supported by structured training. You will use your sales talent to help people rediscover sound while progressing into a medical-related field.

Base pay starts at 65K with support to obtain licensure; total earning potential ranges from 100K to 150K with an uncapped commission structure. Standard hours are Mon–Fri, 8:30am–5:00pm.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Experience in sales or customer service preferred.
• Strong communication and relational skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead the sale of hearing aids and accessories to meet revenue goals.
• Perform comprehensive hearing evaluations and provide product recommendations.
• Deliver excellent customer experiences and guide the customer journey.
