Miracle-Ear is seeking talented sales professionals to lead hearing aid sales while undergoing comprehensive training toward licensure. You will engage customers, perform evaluations, and drive growth across an expanding network of clinics.

The role offers base pay with an industry-leading uncapped commission structure and a path to professional licensure, with training support along the way. Willingness to commute among Fremont, Cupertino, and Gilroy is required.

Qualifications

• Education: High school diploma or equivalent.
• Technical skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Windows, CRM, and POS systems.

Responsibilities

• Lead the sale of hearing aids and accessories to contribute to office revenue goals.
• Perform comprehensive hearing evaluations and provide personalized product recommendations.
