Job summary

Beltone in San Antonio, Texas is actively seeking a Licensed Hearing Care Professional to join our team. The role focuses on evaluating hearing, recommending rehabilitative services, and dispensing hearing instruments for a positive patient journey.

The ideal candidate will hold a Texas license to dispense hearing instruments or AuD with dispensing credentials, plus a track record in meeting sales goals and delivering patient-centered care.

Qualifications

• Current license to dispense hearing instruments in Texas.
• AuD with the necessary requirements to dispense hearing instruments in Texas.

Responsibilities

• Administer comprehensive hearing evaluations.
• Provide professional recommendations for rehabilitative services, fitting, and dispensing of hearing instruments and accessories to assure a successful patient journey.
• Educate patients about hearing health and engagement in the community.
• Support physician referrals through outreach and relationship building.
• Uphold the Belcare promise and the nationwide Beltone network of care.
• Demonstrate exceptional interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills.
• Demonstrate integrity, honesty, and respect for patients and staff.

Minimum Qualifications

• AuD with the necessary requirements to dispense hearing instruments in the state of Texas

Preferred Qualifications

• 2+years dispensing or fitting experience.
• Strong history of meeting and exceeding sales goals.
