Beltone of DFW is hiring a Licensed Hearing Instrument Specialist in the Dallas–Fort Worth area. This full-time position emphasizes delivering exceptional hearing healthcare experiences in a collaborative patient-centric environment.

The role requires a Texas license to dispense hearing instruments or AuD with dispensing qualifications. Strong communication and sales skills are valued as you educate patients and engage with the community.

Qualifications

• AuD with the necessary qualifications to dispense hearing instruments in Texas.

Responsabilités

• Administer Comprehensive Hearing Evaluations.
• Provide professional recommendations for fitting and dispensing hearing instruments and accessories to ensure a successful patient journey.
• Demonstrate patient education and community involvement in hearing healthcare.

Salary + Bonus Potential:

$75,000-$100,000 plus within your first year of employment (including base salary and bonuses).

Work Schedule:

Full-Time with the option of a 4-day work week!

Minimum Qualifications

• Licensure: Current license to dispense hearing instruments in the state of Texas, OR
• Educational Requirements: AuD with the necessary qualifications to dispense hearing instruments in the state of Texas.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience: 2+ years of experience in dispensing or fitting hearing instruments.
• Sales History: Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales goals.
