Job summary

Beltone in Hegins, Pennsylvania seeks a Licensed Hearing Instrument Specialist to join our hearing care team. This role focuses on evaluating patients, recommending fittings, and guiding patients through their hearing healthcare journey with Beltone’s care standards.

Ideal candidates hold a PA dispensing license (or AuD with credentials) and have a passion for patient education and community care. This is a full-time, on-site position in a supportive Beltone network.

Qualifications

• Current license to dispense hearing instruments in Pennsylvania.
• AuD with required PA dispensing credentials.
• Experience in hearing aid selection and patient fitting.

Responsibilities

• Administer comprehensive hearing evaluations.
• Provide professional recommendations for rehabilitation services and fittings.

Minimum Qualifications

• Current license to dispense hearing instruments in the state of Pennsylvania OR
• AuD with the necessary requirements to dispense hearing instruments in the state of Pennsylvania.

Preferred Qualifications

• 2+ years dispensing or fitting experience
• Strong history of meeting and exceeding sales goals.
