Beltone is recruiting for a Licensed Hearing Instrument Specialist in Bloomsburg, PA. The role focuses on administering comprehensive hearing evaluations, recommending rehabilitative services, fitting and dispensing hearing instruments and accessories, and educating patients about their hearing health.

Ideal candidates hold PA dispensing licensure (or AuD with dispensing eligibility) and have a proven history of meeting sales goals while delivering exceptional patient care in a collaborative

Competenze

• Current license to dispense hearing instruments in Pennsylvania, or AuD with dispensing eligibility.
• Strong sales history and ability to meet/exceed goals is preferred.
• Excellent patient education and relationship-building abilities.

Minimum Qualifications

• Current license to dispense hearing instruments in the state of Pennsylvania OR
• AuD with the necessary requirements to dispense hearing instruments in the state of Pennsylvania.

• 2+ years dispensing or fitting experience
• Strong history of meeting and exceeding sales goals.
