Job summary

Beltone in Houston is seeking a Licensed Hearing Care Professional to perform comprehensive hearing evaluations and provide expert recommendations for fittings and dispensing of hearing instruments and accessories, ensuring a positive patient journey.

You will also educate patients about hearing health, engage in community outreach, and collaborate with physicians to drive referrals while upholding Beltone’s nationwide care promise and high standards of patient service.

Qualifications

• Current license to dispense hearing instruments in Texas.
• AuD with the necessary requirements to dispense hearing instruments in Texas.
• 2+ years dispensing or fitting experience.
• Strong history of meeting and exceeding sales goals.

Responsibilities

• Administer comprehensive hearing evaluations.
• Provide professional recommendations for fitting and dispensing of hearing instruments and accessories.
• Educate patients about hearing healthcare and engage with the community.
• Engage in community outreach and affiliate referrals from physicians.
• Support Beltone's nationwide care promise with excellent patient service.
• Demonstrate strong interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills.
• Uphold integrity, honesty and respect for patients and staff.
