Job summary

Beltone in Scottsdale, AZ seeks a Licensed Hearing Care Professional or Audiologist to compute evaluations and recommend rehabilitative services, fittings, and accessories to ensure a successful patient journey.

This role emphasizes patient education, community outreach, and collaboration with physicians. AZ dispensing license or AuD is required; 2+ years’ dispensing or fitting experience preferred. Beltone offers health benefits, PTO, and training programs.

Qualifications

• Current license to dispense hearing instruments in Arizona.
• AuD or Doctor of Audiology with licensing prerequisites in AZ.

Responsibilities

• Administer comprehensive hearing evaluations.
• Provide professional recommendations for rehabilitation, fitting, and dispensing of hearing instruments and accessories.
• Educate patients about hearing healthcare and engage with the community.
• Engage in physician outreach for referrals.
• Support Beltone's Nationwide Network of Care and uphold service standards.

Minimum Qualifications

• Current license to dispense hearing instruments in the state of Arizona OR
• AuD with the necessary requirements to dispense hearing instruments in the state of Arizona

Preferred Qualifications

• 2+ years dispensing or fitting experience.
• Strong history of meeting and exceeding sales goals.
