Job summary

Beltone is seeking a Licensed Audiologist or Hearing Instrument Specialist in Texas. The role offers a base salary of $75,000-$100,000 plus bonus potential in the first year and a full-time schedule with an option for a 4‑day work week.

You will perform comprehensive hearing evaluations, provide device recommendations, and educate patients while contributing to Beltone’s nationwide network of care. The successful candidate will hold a current Texas license to dispense hearing instruments or AuD

Qualifications

• Licensure to dispense hearing instruments in Texas.
• AuD with the necessary qualifications to dispense hearing instruments in Texas.

Responsibilities

• Administer Comprehensive Hearing Evaluations: Perform thorough assessments to determine patient needs.
• Provide recommendations for rehabilitative services, fitting and dispensing of hearing instruments and accessories.
• Educate patients about hearing healthcare and engage with the community.

Minimum Qualifications

• Licensure: Current license to dispense hearing instruments in the state of Texas, OR
• Educational Requirements: AuD with the necessary qualifications to dispense hearing instruments in the state of Texas.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience: 2+ years of experience in dispensing or fitting hearing instruments.
• Sales History: Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales goals.
