Job summary

Beltone is seeking a Licensed Hearing Care Professional to serve patients in Lexington and Covington, VA. You will administer hearing evaluations and provide recommendations for fitting and dispensing hearing instruments, ensuring a smooth patient journey.

Qualifications

• Current license to dispense hearing instruments in Virginia or AuD with Virginia dispensing eligibility.

Responsibilities

• Administer comprehensive hearing evaluations.
• Provide professional recommendations for fitting and dispensing hearing instruments and accessories.
• Educate patients about hearing health and community involvement.
• Develop referrals through physician outreach.
• Deliver Beltone Belcare standards in patient care and service.

• Administer comprehensive hearing evaluations.
• Provide professional recommendations for best rehabilitative services, fitting and dispensing of hearing instruments and/or accessories to assure a successful patient journey.

• Handle community outreach such as calling on physicians for referrals.

Minimum Qualifications

• Current license to dispense hearing instruments in the state of Virginia OR
• AuD with the necessary requirements to dispense hearing instruments in the state of Virginia

Preferred Qualifications

• 2+ years dispensing or fitting experience.
• Strong history of meeting and exceeding sales goals.
