Job summary

Beltone is seeking a Licensed Hearing Care Professional in Indiana to administer comprehensive hearing evaluations and provide expert recommendations for fitting and dispensing hearing instruments. You will educate patients about hearing healthcare while engaging in community outreach and referrals with physicians.

The role emphasizes delivering Beltone's Belcare promise, upholding integrity and exceptional communication with patients and staff.

Qualifications

• Currently licensed to dispense hearing instruments in Indiana, or AuD with dispensing eligibility.
• 2+ years dispensing or fitting experience.
• Track record of meeting and exceeding sales goals.

Responsibilities

• Administer comprehensive hearing evaluations.
• Provide professional recommendations for fitting and dispensing hearing instruments and accessories to ensure a successful patient journey.
• Educate patients about hearing healthcare and community involvement.

Minimum Qualifications

• Current license to dispense hearing instruments in the state of Indiana OR
• AuD with the necessary requirements to dispense hearing instruments in the state of Indiana

• Strong history of meeting and exceeding sales goals.
