Job summary

Beltone is hiring a Licensed Hearing Care Professional to join America’s Best Retailer for Hearing Care. You will administer evaluations, provide fittings and recommendations, and support patients through their hearing journey.

Indiana license to dispense instruments or AuD with Indiana dispensing credentials are required. We value a strong sales history and patient education, with PTO, holidays and full medical benefits offered.

Qualifications

• Current license to dispense hearing instruments in Indiana.
• AuD with the necessary requirements to dispense hearing instruments in Indiana.

Responsibilities

• Administer comprehensive hearing evaluations.
• Provide professional recommendations for dispensing of hearing instruments and accessories.
• Educate patients about hearing healthcare and community involvement.
• Engage in community outreach and physician referrals.
• Deliver Belcare standards and uphold patient-first service.
• Demonstrate exceptional interpersonal, verbal, and written communication.
• Maintain integrity, honesty and respect for patients and staff.

Minimum Qualifications

• Current license to dispense hearing instruments in the stateof Indiana _ OR _
• AuD with the necessary requirements to dispense hearing instruments in the state of Indiana

Preferred Qualifications

• 2+ years dispensing or fitting experience.
• Strong history of meeting and exceeding sales goals.
