Job summary

Beltone is seeking a Licensed Hearing Care Professional in Wilmington, NC. Base pay starts at $50K unlicensed or $60K licensed, with strong emphasis on patient outcomes and community engagement.

The role involves conducting evaluations, recommending rehabilitative services, and building long-term patient relationships within Beltone’s nationwide network of care. Excellent communication and integrity are essential.

Qualifications

• Current license to dispense hearing instruments in North Carolina
• AuD with the necessary requirements to dispense hearing instruments in North Carolina
• 2+ years dispensing or fitting experience
• Strong history of meeting and exceeding sales goals

Responsibilities

• Administer comprehensive hearing evaluations.
• Provide professional recommendations for best rehabilitative services, fitting and dispensing of hearing instruments and/or accessories to ensure a successful patient journey.
• Passion for educating patients about hearing healthcare and community involvement.
• Handle community outreach, such as calling on physicians for referrals.
• Commitment to deliver the Belcare promise, our exclusive Nationwide Network of Care.
• Exceptional interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills.

Base salary: Unlicensed base pay is $50K, a licensed HCP base pay is $60K

Minimum Qualifications

• AuD with the necessary requirements to dispense hearing instruments in the state of North Carolina

Preferred Qualifications

• 2+years dispensing or fitting experience.
• Strong history of meeting and exceeding sales goals.
