Job summary
Amplifon AG is seeking a Hearing Care Professional in the United States to lead the customer journey through comprehensive hearing evaluations and personalized consultations, helping people rediscover the sounds of life. Qualifications
- Active licensure as Hearing Instrument Specialist or Dispensing Audiologist.
- 1+ year of training or related experience as a Hearing Instrument Specialist.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office, Windows, CRM and POS systems; knowledge of hearing aid devices.
Responsibilities
- Administer comprehensive hearing evaluations and educate customers on the effects of hearing loss.
- Lead device fittings and demonstrations and educate customers on hearing health.
- Drive sales of hearing aids and accessories while ensuring a high-quality customer experience and supporting store operations.
