Qualifications

• Actively licensed as a Hearing Instrument Specialist or Dispensing Audiologist.
• Over 1 year of experience as a Hearing Instrument Specialist.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, CRM, and POS systems.

Responsibilities

• Administer hearing evaluations and provide personalized consultations.
• Guide customers in device fittings and educate them on hearing health.
• Lead sales of hearing aids while ensuring quality customer experience.
