• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Windows, CRM, and POS systems.

Responsibilities

• Administer comprehensive hearing evaluations and educate customers.
• Guide customers through device fittings and demonstrations.
• Provide quality after‑care services and consultations.

Skills
