The Member Services Support Specialist will enter and review hearing aid orders, assist with document management, and handle incoming/outbound phone calls.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum 1-year experience in order/data entry.
• Strong computer proficiency and ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.

Responsibilities

• Receive a high volume of hearing aid orders daily.
• Maintain call volume satisfaction and provide timely responses.
• Analyze orders for accuracy and completeness; enter data accurately.
• Retrieve, sort, manage, track and file documents.
• Process fully executed delivery receipts and purchase agreements.
• Educate providers on NationsHearing processes to ensure correct handling.
• Safeguard personal and health information and follow protocol for incomplete orders.
