Job description

• Performs hearing screenings, including otoscopy,air conduction, bone conduction, and speech testing.
• Performsearmold impressions,hearing aid consultations, hearing aid orientations, and Real-Ear-Measurements (REM).
• Performs hearing aid checks and troubleshooting for scheduled and walk-in patients.
• Quality control and process ofnew and repaired hearing aid devices and equipment.
• Provides appropriate treatment plans and counseling/education for patients.
• Assist with other department duties as requested bythe program director.

Requirements:

• Must be a licensed Hearing AidDispenser in the state of California (proof of active license).
• Previous work experience with infants, children, and adults.
• Experience with third-party hearing aid companies.
• Experience with a variety of hearing aid manufacturers.
• Ability to work independentlyand as part of a team.
