• Assist customers with ticketing software and purchases via cash, credit card, or vouchers.
• Manage will call and guest list, check IDs, and distribute tickets.
• Resolve issues and escalate when necessary.
• Answer inquiries about shows, tickets, accessibility, and ADA requests.
• Reconcile sales and receipts accurately.

Qualifications:

• 0-1 years of relevant experience.
