Job summary

Community Concepts, Inc. in Lewiston, ME is seeking a Customer Service Specialist I to support the HEAP program. The role provides intake, scheduling, screening, data collection, and client assistance for families seeking services.

Qualifications

• Strong customer service skills and excellent interpersonal communication.
• Knowledge of social service programs and their administration is preferred.
• Ability to function autonomously and as part of a team; strong problem-solving.
