Job summary

Wellroot Family Services in Gainesville, GA seeks a Program Assistant to support the Healthy Families program. Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; college coursework preferred.
• Experience working with or providing services to children and their families.
• Ability to establish trusting relationships.

• Knowledge of infant and child development.
• Willingness to engage in reflective capacity and supervision.

Responsibilities

• Understand Wellroot Family Service models and service flow.
• Ensure compliance and fidelity with HFA standards, policies, procedures, and grant deliverables.
• Manage daily office operations and provide clerical/administrative support.
• Coordinate program events and meetings; prepare documents, reports and presentations.
• Collect and enter data into databases; ensure data accuracy and consistency.
• Perform regular data audits and quality checks; resolve data inconsistencies.
• Generate and interpret data reports; analyze trends and suggest improvements.
• Develop and implement monthly CQI meetings and tracking.
• Implement a quality assurance plan based on inputs and data trends.
• Collaborate with outside agencies and maintain ongoing communication.
• Coordinate post-graduation services and tracking; conduct surveys and analyses.
• Support monthly parent support groups and related activities.
• Attend Wellroot, HFA, and Georgia Home Visiting Program trainings and conferences.
• Represent the HF program at community events and speaking engagements.
• Support First Steps Georgia program with screens and follow-up services.
• Perform other related duties as required.
