Job summary

Life Time Inc. is hiring a Restaurant Cook at our Westchester, IL location.

You will work with health-minded teammates in a fast-paced environment, preparing menu items from recipes while following food safety guidelines. Responsibilities include stocking supplies, maintaining cleanliness, and ensuring kitchen safety; managing the flow of food production with sandwich and salad stations; and adhering to recipes to ensure freshness and quality.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• ServSafe certification within 90 days.
• CPR/AED certification within 30 days.
• Experience in fast casual or full service restaurant preferred.

Responsibilities

• Adhere to daily Bistro needs: stocking, cleanliness, and safety.
• Maintain LifeCafe and kitchen cleanliness, including sweeping, mopping, and washing dishes.
• Manage the flow of food production with sandwich and salad stations.
• Follow recipes to ensure freshness and quality of ingredients.
