Job summary
Ensora Health is seeking a Solutions Engineer to support Fusion, our rehabilitation therapy platform. You will act as a trusted technical advisor, guiding prospects from discovery through validation and planning, delivering tailored demonstrations and designing solutions that improve clinical, operational, and financial outcomes.
You will collaborate with Sales, Product, and Engineering to ensure customer needs are translated into scalable tech, leverage AI capabilities to accelerate adoption,
Qualifications
- 3+ years in Solutions Engineering or related customer-facing technical role.
- Experience in healthcare technology, rehab software, EHR, practice management, or healthcare SaaS.
- Strong understanding of Revenue Cycle Management (RCM) and billing workflows.
- Ability to translate complex tech concepts into clear business value for diverse audiences.
- Experience delivering customized software demonstrations and technical solutions.
Responsibilities
- Serve as the technical subject matter expert throughout the sales cycle.
- Deliver high-impact product demonstrations tailored to rehab organizations.
- Collaborate with Sales to translate business needs into scalable tech solutions.
- Advise on rehabilitation workflow optimization including scheduling, documentation, billing, and RCM best practices.
- Work with Product, Engineering, and Customer Success to influence product direction.
- Utilize AI-enabled tools to enhance demonstrations and problem solving.
- Develop technical proposals and ROI-focused recommendations.
- Monitor industry trends in rehabilitation tech, healthcare operations, and AI.
