As part of the Media Revenue team, you’ll work on critical projects impacting privacy, monetization, and brand awareness, using your programming skills to build high-performance web experiences and integrate with transactional services.

Where You'll Be

RVO Health operates on an in-office schedule to promote culture and accountability, with employees working from our Minneapolis office on Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday. Remote work is available on Mondays and Fridays.

What You’ll Do

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement software solutions for websites including Healthline.com.
Participate in the entire development lifecycle, from conception to deployment.
Translate business requirements into functional code.
Contribute to planning activities with accurate estimates.
Implement innovative solutions using ReactJS, Next.js, AWS, and more.
Participate in code reviews, adhere to best practices and security standards.
Write well-documented, high-quality code.
Optimize application performance, scalability, and security.

What We’re Looking For

At least 2 years of experience in building consumer-facing applications.
Proficiency in JavaScript/TypeScript, CSS, HTML, Git, and Node.
Experience with ReactJS and Next.js.
Experience with RESTful API integration.
Familiarity with AWS or similar cloud platforms.
Experience collaborating with Product teams on feature delivery.
Focus on UX, performance, and scalability.

Benefits and Compensation

Starting salary ranges from $97,500 to $120,000, depending on location, experience, and qualifications. Benefits include health insurance, life and disability coverage, FSA, paid time off, 401(k), employee assistance, parental leave, wellness programs, and more.
