Responsabilités

• Understand Philips' event planning framework and research trends using AI-enabled tools to identify opportunities across North American events.
• Collaborate with BUs, Sales, Marketing, Government, Brand and agencies to translate research into event recommendations and engagement strategies.
• Build and maintain KPI dashboards and reporting for event performance including leads, meetings, demos, ROI.
• Create scalable AI agents and learning hubs centralizing event intelligence and playbooks across functions.
• Develop an AI-based Customer Insights Analysis Model to identify trends from proposals.
