Bask Health is seeking a business-minded attorney to join our team and help navigate the evolving landscape of DTC telehealth and B2B healthtech software. You will support the General Counsel with general legal work and company-wide compliance matters, collaborating with product, operations, HR and compliance to scale our platform.

You will translate complex regulations into practical guidance, advise on risk management, and help build fast, responsible solutions with an AI-first mindset.

Qualifikationen

• JD with active bar membership.
• Experience in healthcare, fintech, or regulatory environments.
• Ability to translate complex regulations into practical guidance.

Aufgaben

• Provide corporate, commercial and regulatory legal support across the business.
• Draft, review and negotiate vendor, partner and service agreements including SaaS contracts.
• Advise product and operations teams on compliance and risk management.
• Maintain and update policies, terms of use, privacy and related documentation.
• Partner with compliance and outside counsel when needed.
