Headway is hiring a Senior Counsel, Product to partner with R&D teams on AI, data usage, and health laws affecting product development. This remote-first role supports rapid growth and regulatory compliance across multiple states.

You will translate complex healthcare regulations into practical guidance for Engineering, Product, and Operations, helping to balance risk with ambitious product goals in a fast-paced environment.

Qualificações

• 5-7+ years of post-bar legal experience with healthcare regulatory expertise.
• Ability to translate healthcare regulations into actionable guidance for non-legal teams.
• Experience advising Engineering, Product and Operations in a healthcare tech setting.

Responsabilidades

• Serve as embedded regulatory partner to Product, Engineering, and Operations.
• Translate complex AI, data use, and health laws into practical guidance.
• Anticipate regulatory challenges and develop business-friendly solutions.
• Build relationships to position guidance as a business enabler.
