Job summary

The position reports to the Division Chair, Health Sciences, and is 29 hours per week on campus, part-time, with a starting hourly rate of $25.62.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree and two years of related experience or equivalent.
• Experience coordinating projects, programs, or training initiatives.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and data reporting tools.
• Strong organizational and record-keeping skills.
• Ability to analyze data to support decisions.
• Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks.
• Evenings/weekends as needed; part-time under 30 hours/week.

Responsibilities

• Develops and manages workforce education programs aligned with industry needs.
• Uses labor market data to identify new program opportunities.
• Coordinates scheduling, enrollment, and program operations.
• Provides student advising and supports enrollment.
• Recruits and oversees instructors to ensure quality.
• Maintains records and reports per requirements.
• Prepares reports for planning and compliance.
• Analyzes enrollment, completion, and employment outcomes.
• Tracks program costs and monitors revenues.
• Collaborates with marketing to promote opportunities.
• Maintains partnerships with healthcare employers and institutions.
• Ensures off-site and clinical instruction compliance.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
