Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and progressively responsible related experience.
• Three years of experience in workforce development, education, training, HR, recruiting, career services, or program coordination.
• Experience developing partnerships, coordinating programs, or conducting outreach.
• Experience developing professional written materials such as policies, procedures, reports, or agreements.
• Ability to travel regularly and work a flexible schedule including evenings/weekends.

Responsibilities

• Develop and coordinate strategies and programs to build pipelines of qualified candidates for CT CTHCA positions.
• Establish partnerships with educational institutions, apprenticeship and training programs, and community resources.
• Coordinate succession planning, paid training, internships, apprenticeships, mentorships, and other workforce development opportunities.
• Communicate with professionalism and discretion while managing multiple priorities.
