Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Management, or related field, or equivalent experience.
• Five years of HR, recruitment, talent acquisition, or related field experience.
• Two years of supervisory experience and leadership responsibilities.
• Experience managing full-cycle recruitment activities.
• Experience developing or improving recruitment processes and procedures.
• Experience with applicant tracking systems or HRIS.

Responsibilities

• Direct and manage recruitment efforts for the Colville Tribal Health Care Authority (CTHCA).
• Develop and implement effective recruiting strategies to attract qualified candidates.
• Oversee full recruitment lifecycle from sourcing to onboarding.
• Ensure compliant, efficient, and competitive recruiting processes.
