The Workforce Development Coordinator is a grant funded position. The incumbent develops and coordinates strategies and programs to build sustainable pipelines of qualified candidates for current and future Colville Tribal Health Care Authority (CTHCA) positions. This position establishes partnerships with educational institutions, apprenticeship and training programs, professional organizations, and community resources to create pathways into healthcare careers and employment with CTHCA. The position also coordinates succession planning, paid training, internships, apprenticeships, mentorships, and other workforce development opportunities designed to grow and strengthen CTHCA's workforce. This position requires an outgoing, dependable, organized, and detail-oriented professional who can build effective relationships, remain focused and on track while managing multiple priorities, and consistently communicate with professionalism, discretion, and sound judgment.
Note: Pursuant to Tribal Policy, if this position is safety sensitive it is subject to pre-employment drug testing. In addition, this position is subject to reasonable suspicion and post-accident drug testing.
