• 5+ years in web design or related creative production role.
• Exceptional web design portfolio with consumer-facing healthcare experience.
• Experience leading content strategy and site architecture.
• Strong communication and client-facing skills.
• Experience using AI-first design and development tools.

Responsibilities

• Lead client discovery and strategy sessions to understand audiences, brands, objectives.
• Develop content strategies guiding structure, messaging, and design.
• Incorporate SEO and LLM/answer-engine optimization into planning.
• Assess sites, map migrations, identify content gaps.
