CHG Healthcare is seeking a Product Manager for the web experience to own the roadmap for provider and client funnels, including the headless Storyblok CMS and AI-driven enhancements. You will partner with engineering, UX, marketing, analytics, sales, and down-funnel teams to convert ideas into measurable improvements.

You will run the CRO program using Adobe Analytics, craft precise specs, and manage dependencies across systems while shaping near-term and long-term strategy with stakeholders

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Technology, Marketing, or related field and 4+ years of product management.
• Experience with consumer-facing digital products and CRO/A/B testing.
• Familiarity with headless CMS and enterprise analytics platforms.

Responsabilités

• Own the roadmap and success metrics for the web platform and funnels.
• Lead CRO program, run tests, and translate results into iterations.
• Manage Storyblok migration and AI workflow enhancements.
• Write clear specs and user stories; maintain backlog and priorities.
