Job summary

WM in West Palm Beach is seeking a Hospital Services Worker to travel between healthcare facilities, proactively collecting and exchanging waste containers for Stericycle programs. The position operates on a day shift, 5:00 am to 1:30 pm, Monday through Friday, in WM/Stericycle service locations around West Palm Beach.

The role requires on-site presence at customer locations, a valid driver’s license, and strong communication skills to ensure service expectations are met.

Qualifications

• On-site presence at WMHS customer locations and immunization requirements.
• 2 years industry related customer service experience preferred.
• Driver's License required.
• High School Diploma or GED preferred.

Responsibilities

• Travels between customer healthcare facilities to collect, monitor, and exchange waste containers for Stericycle programs.
• Interacts professionally with onsite customer staff to meet service expectations.
• Maintains a rigid collection and service schedule.
• Communicates duty status on a defined schedule.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
