Job summary

WM Healthcare Solutions is seeking a Hospital Services Worker who travels between customer healthcare facilities to provide on-site proactive collection and exchange of waste containers for programs such as Sharps Management, Pharmaceutical Waste, and Document Management, at regularly scheduled intervals.

This role requires on-site presence, a valid driver's license, and strong customer service skills to interact with hospital staff and maintain a rigorous service schedule, with a 5am shift,

Qualifications

• On-site presence at WMHS customer locations and compliance with all mandatory immunization requirements imposed by such customers.
• 2 years industry related experience in a customer service capacity preferred, or the equivalent in related work experience, demonstrating strong communication skills and tact in providing superior customer service in a variety of settings and situations or preferred education requirement
• Valid Driver's License

Responsibilities

• Travels between customer healthcare facilities to proactively monitor, collect, and exchange waste containers for various WMHS programs and services, including but not limited to: Sharps Management Service, Pharmaceutical Waste, Controlled Substance and Document Management.
• Interacts professionally with onsite customer staff to ensure service expectations are met or exceeded.
• Maintains a rigid collection and service schedule.
• Communicates duty status on a defined scheduled.
• Perform other duties and responsibilities, as assigned.
