Job summary

WM Healthcare Solutions is hiring a Hospital Services Worker to travel between customer healthcare facilities, proactively collecting and exchanging waste containers for programs such as Sharps, Pharmaceutical Waste, and Document Management. This on-site role supports scheduled rounds with healthcare partners.

You'll operate in various facilities in Ohio, maintain a strict service schedule, coordinate with staff, and comply with immunization and safety requirements.

Qualifications

• This position requires on-site presence at WMHS customer locations and compliance with all mandatory immunization requirements imposed by such customers.
• 2 years industry related experience in a customer service capacity preferred, or the equivalent in related work experience, demonstrating strong communication skills and tact.
• Valid Driver's License.
• High School Diploma or GED (accredited).

Responsibilities

• Travels between customer healthcare facilities to proactively monitor, collect, and exchange waste containers for WMHS programs and services.
• Interacts professionally with onsite customer staff to ensure service expectations are met or exceeded.
• Maintains a rigid collection and service schedule.
• Communicates duty status on a defined scheduled.
• Perform other duties and responsibilities, as assigned.
