Job summary

Option Care Health is seeking a Warehouse Coordinator to manage daily flow of clinical supplies between pharmacy and nursing. You will coordinate with PSRs and clinicians to ensure timely, accurate deliveries and maintain inventory in compliance.

The role requires strong communication, basic PC and email skills, and willingness to travel up to 50% for business. Prior warehouse experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• Experience communicating verbally by phone and in writing to various audiences.
• Basic level PC skills and email/internet use.
• Reliable and organized with good documentation habits.
• Willing to travel at least 50% for business purposes.
• Warehouse or delivery experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Directs patient contact to ascertain supply needs and coordinates deliveries.
• Purchases supplies and sources cost-effective products as directed.
• Maintains accurate inventory and participates in physical inventory.
• Ensures confidentiality of patient and company information.
• Participates in on-call responsibilities as required.
