Job summary

Option Care Health is seeking a Warehouse Coordinator to manage the daily flow of clinical supplies between the pharmacy and nursing departments. You will coordinate orders, purchase supplies, and maintain inventory while ensuring timely deliveries and compliance with policies.

The role requires communication skills, basic PC and email abilities, and willingness to travel up to 50% for business needs.

Qualifications

• Experience communicating verbally on phone, in writing, and with diverse audiences.
• Basic PC skills including starting, using and navigating programs.
• Basic email and online communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Directs patient contact to ascertain supply needs and documents orders.
• Purchase supplies following procedures and source cost effective products.
• Maintain accurate inventory and participate in physical inventory.
• Ensure confidentiality of patient and company information.
• Participate in on-call responsibilities if required.
• Support on-going duties assigned by the General Manager.
