Job summary

Option Care Health, Inc. seeks a Warehouse Coordinator to manage the daily flow of clinical supplies between the pharmacy and nursing departments. You will ensure timely deliveries, source inventory, and maintain compliance with policies.

Requires high school diploma, strong verbal/written communication, and basic PC/email skills. Will travel up to 50% for business and support clinical operations across sites.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• Experience communicating verbally and in writing to diverse audiences.
• Basic PC skills and ability to use email and basic online tools.

Responsibilities

• Directs patient contact to ascertain supply needs and establish relationships with clients.
• Generates patient orders on system and coordinates shipping schedule.
• Purchases supplies following procedures and sources cost-effective products.
• Maintains inventory and minimizes discrepancies; participates in physical inventory.
• Observes confidentiality and assists in on-call duties if required.
