Job summary

KabaFusion is seeking a Warehouse Coordinator in Carrollton, TX to support receiving, storage, replenishment, and distribution of medications and medical equipment. You will help maintain accurate inventory records, coordinate shipments, and ensure safety and regulatory compliance.

Ideal candidates have warehouse or healthcare distribution experience, familiarity with inventory systems, and pharmacy tech licensure where required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Current and unrestricted pharmacy technician licensure or certification where required by state law.

Responsibilities

• Receive, inspect, store, and replenish medications, supplies, and equipment.
• Coordinate inventory control activities and cycle counts.
• Ensure regulatory, safety, and company standards are met.
• Prepare shipment documentation and support timely distribution.
• Assist with facility safety checks and equipment readiness.
