Job summary

KabaFusion is seeking a Warehouse Coordinator to support receiving, inventory control, and distribution of medications and supplies. You will ensure regulatory compliance and accurate documentation while coordinating equipment and product movement across the warehouse.

You will work in a healthcare distribution environment, performing safety checks, maintaining records, and supporting daily warehouse operations to meet patient care needs.

Qualifications

• Proven ability to manage receiving, storage and distribution of medications and equipment.
• High school diploma or equivalent required; pharmacy licensure or eligibility preferred.
• Experience in regulated healthcare/pharmacy distribution environments is highly valued.

Responsibilities

• Manage receiving and inventory control for medications, supplies, and equipment to ensure accuracy and availability.
• Maintain proper storage, handling, rotation, and distribution in compliance with requirements.
• Monitor and replenish inventory levels to support operations and stock thresholds.
• Coordinate shipping, tracking, and delivery documentation for timely distribution.
• Assist with cycle counts, reconciliation, and reporting in collaboration with pharmacy operations.
• Inspect and maintain medical equipment for readiness and safety.
• Handle hazardous, pharmaceutical, and biohazardous materials per regulations.
• Coordinate equipment returns and communication with patients regarding pickups.
