Job summary

KabaFusion is seeking a Warehouse Coordinator in Carrollton, TX to support receiving, storage, replenishment, and distribution of medications and medical equipment. You will help maintain accurate inventory records, coordinate shipments, and ensure safety and regulatory compliance.

Ideal candidates have warehouse or healthcare distribution experience, familiarity with inventory systems, and pharmacy tech licensure where required.

JOB SUMMARY:

This position is responsible for supporting warehouse and distribution operations by receiving, inspecting, storing, and replenishing medications, medical supplies, and equipment while ensuring compliance with regulatory, safety, and company standards. In addition, this position coordinates inventory control activities, equipment tracking, shipment processing, cycle counts, and documentation to maintain accurate inventory and efficient distribution operations. This position also assists with daily operational activities, facility safety checks, and the timely delivery and return of products and equipment.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Manages receiving and inventory control activities for medications, medical supplies, and equipment to ensure accuracy, quality, and availability.
  • Maintains proper storage, handling, rotation, and distribution processes in compliance with regulatory requirements and company standards.
  • Monitors and replenishes inventory levels to support operational needs and maintain established stock thresholds.
  • Maintains accurate inventory records and system documentation, including product locations, serialized equipment, and inventory transactions.
  • Coordinates shipping, tracking, and delivery documentation to ensure timely and accurate distribution of products and equipment.
  • Supports inventory auditing and cycle count processes, including reconciliation, reporting, and collaboration with pharmacy operations.
  • Inspects and maintains medical equipment to ensure functionality, cleanliness, and readiness for patient use.
  • Handles and disposes of hazardous, pharmaceutical, and biohazardous materials in accordance with applicable federal, state, and company requirements.
  • Coordinates equipment returns and patient communications related to the pickup and return of company-owned equipment.
  • Assists with warehouse logistics and operational planning, including route coordination, inventory movement, and distribution support activities.
  • Conducts facility and safety inspections and supports emergency preparedness activities to maintain a safe work environment.
  • Ensures compliance with all warehousing, safety, regulatory, and documentation requirements governing inventory, equipment, and distribution operations.
  • Other related duties as assigned by manager or designee.

JOB REQUIREMENTS AND QUALIFICATIONS

Education:

  • High school diploma or equivalent.

Certifications or Licenses:

  • Current and unrestricted pharmacy technician licensure, certification or registration where required by state law. If required by state law:
  • o Pharmacy Technician Certification (CPhT) through the Pharmacy Technician Certification Board (PTCB) is acceptable; or
  • o Eligibility to obtain within six (6) months of hire; this includes training permit.

Experience

  • Home care or related healthcare experience preferred.
  • Experience working in a specialty pharmacy, healthcare, medical device, or pharmaceutical distribution environment.
  • Minimum two (2) years of experience working in a home infusion pharmacy environment preferred.
  • Minimum one (1) years of experience working in warehouse, distribution, inventory control, health care operations, pharmacy, or medical supply environments.
  • Experience receiving, storing, and managing inventory in a regulated environment.
  • Experience handling serialized medical equipment and inventory tracking systems.
  • Knowledge of inventory control principles, including stock rotation, cycle counts, and replenishment practices.
  • Proficient experience with Microsoft Office including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Teams, and CPR+ software system or similar system preferred.
  • o Proficient computer skills with experience using inventory management, warehouse management, or ERP systems.
