Qualifikationen

• Operations experience in healthcare supply chain, services and logistics.
• Demonstrated process improvement, planning and execution skills.
• Strategic thinking ability.
• Good organizational and time management skills.
• Working knowledge of IATA regulations, including Transportation of Dangerous Goods.
• Proficiency with proprietary software, Internet and MS Office (Excel).
• Good problem-solving skills to identify operational issues.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Weekend work required.

Aufgaben

• Ensures shipments are prepared in accordance with Special Instructions and expedited on time.
• Manages packaging provisions using Credo & Bio boxes and Dry Vapor shippers with supervisor support.
• Collaborates with management to meet client and service demands.
• Delivers exceptional service to external and internal clients.
• Performs tasks in compliance with regulatory and trade laws and processes.
• Oversees third parties (local agents, airlines, suppliers) to ensure compliance and expectations.
• Contributes to corporate initiatives and network best practices.
• Develops and implements strategic plans with LATAM and Global Marken leadership.
• Organizes/maintains inventory and storage area.
• Measures and reports the effectiveness of warehousing activities.
• Ensures client expectations are met and loyalty built.
• Maintains quality service by enforcing organizational standards.
