Job summary

GE HealthCare in the United States seeks a Strategic Vendor Operations Leader to drive accurate vendor service contract processes and data accuracy. You will partner with Field Service, Service Sales, and customers to resolve issues and improve satisfaction, forecasting, and cost efficiency.

You will manage project planning, vendor scope changes, renewals, and terminations while maintaining installed base data in Siebel and Nuvolo CMMS, and steering IT-led system improvements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent healthcare leadership experience.
• Minimum 5 years of healthcare technology experience and vendor contracts knowledge.
• Proficient with MS Office and data analysis for cost-benefit reporting.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills with stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Lead vendor service contract execution, including scope, timelines, and renewals.
• Enforce service standards and controls to meet customer needs and budgets.
• Recommend vendors and resolve contract issues using cross-functional insights.
• Advise customers on contracts and opportunities, build partnerships.
• Monitor service levels and coordinate corrective actions as needed.
• Execute vendor dispatch, documentation and contract processes.
• Maintain accurate installed base and contract data in Siebel/CMMS.
• Design improvements with IT and CMMS, and analyze data for forecasts.
• Report on performance, cost savings, and service improvements.
• Prioritize projects independently and align milestones with customers.
