UNITE HERE HEALTH is seeking a Manager of Healthcare Vendor Contracts and Analytics in Las Vegas to oversee the vendor contracts, analytics, and reporting functions. You will lead a team to optimize costs, improve vendor performance, and drive data‑informed decisions across HRA management and coalition partnerships.

The role requires strong negotiation, leadership, and project-management skills, with experience in healthcare vendors and managed care operations.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5–7 years direct experience in RFPs and contract negotiations with major payers/TPAs.
• 3–5 years of department management experience.
• Experience in healthcare vendor management, analytics and managed care operations.
• Strong relationship-building and contract negotiation experience.
• Experience in project management and data reporting.

Responsibilities

• Oversee healthcare vendor contracts, bidding, renewals to ensure cost-effectiveness and service quality.
• Manage vendor performance for customer service, claims processing, and admin functions.
• Oversee HRA administration and vendor relationships.
• Lead cost containment initiatives to reduce costs while preserving access and quality.
• Collaborate with leadership to recommend operational improvements and plan design strategies.
• Direct development and analysis of reports on utilization, costs, and vendor performance.
