GE HealthCare is seeking a Strategic National Vendor Operations Specialist to manage customer service contracts, billing handoffs, and data accuracy on a national level. You will coordinate vendor services and work with cross-functional teams to ensure timely contract execution and customer commitments are met.

The role emphasizes data integrity, process improvement, and collaboration with Sales, Field Service, and operations to maintain high levels of service quality.

Formación

• Associate degree in business, finance, marketing or related field with at least 1 year of customer service experience, or 5+ years in lieu of degree.
• Proficiency with Word, Outlook, Excel, and Access.
• Minimum 2 years of experience using Excel; strong numerical accuracy and data handling.

Responsabilidades

• Execute and manage customer service contract transactions including additions, deletions, and modifications.
• Support billing accuracy and contract-to-billing handoffs for various services.
• Maintain installed base and contract data integrity through audits and updates.
• Coordinate vendor service activities and ensure timely case closure.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve billing, contract, and data issues.
• Monitor system activity and reporting to support commitments and visibility.
• Identify data inconsistencies and opportunities for process improvements.
