Job summary

HealthTrust Performance Group, a division of HCA Healthcare, seeks a Value Analysis Director to lead cost management and clinical value initiatives across IDNs and hospital systems.

You will partner with executives, physicians, and supply chain leaders to drive standardized product usage, governance, and savings opportunities while advancing patient outcomes and operational performance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, nursing, healthcare administration, pharmacy, or related field - Required
• MBA/MHA/MSN/DNP or relevant advanced degree - Preferred
• Minimum 3 years progressive experience in healthcare value analysis, supply chain, or related improvement initiatives - Required
• Proven success in leading enterprise value analysis initiatives - Required
• Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills - Required

Responsibilities

• Lead enterprise value analysis and clinical resource management initiatives aligned with organizational priorities.
• Develop and execute roadmaps focused on cost optimization, quality improvement, and supply chain transformation.
• Drive governance, standardization, and utilization management across multiple facilities.
• Build partnerships with executives, clinicians, and operations leaders to enable collaborative decisions.
• Analyze financial and clinical data to identify opportunities and quantify savings.
• Manage multiple projects with timelines, milestones, and measurable outcomes.
