Job summary

HealthTrust, a division of HCA, seeks a Value Analysis Director to lead strategic supply expense management and value analysis initiatives across IDNs and health systems. You will partner with executives, clinicians, and supply chain leaders to drive cost, quality, outcomes, and operational improvements.

The role emphasizes governance, standardization, utilization management, and physician alignment to enable enterprise-wide value creation and sustainable savings. Travel up to 50% is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, Nursing, Healthcare Administration, Pharmacy, Supply Chain Management, Allied Health or related healthcare field is required.
• MBA or relevant advanced degree preferred.
• Minimum 3 years progressive experience in healthcare value analysis, supply chain, clinical resource management, consulting or operational performance improvement.
• Certification in Healthcare Value Analysis (CVAHP) preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead enterprise value analysis and clinical resource management initiatives aligned with organizational priorities.
• Develop and execute strategic roadmaps focused on cost optimization, quality improvement, and supply chain transformation.
• Drive standardized product utilization and supplier engagement across multiple facilities and health systems.
• Collaborate with executives, physicians, clinicians, and operations to implement value analysis programs.
• Analyze financial, clinical, and utilization data to identify opportunities and measurable improvements.
• Manage multiple projects within scope, time, and budget to deliver sustainable results.
• Guide governance structures, policies, and workflows for value analysis activities.
• Communicate progress and outcomes to stakeholders and leadership.
