Job summary

Qualifications

• Degree preferred in a related field.
• 5+ years of relevant experience in value analysis or healthcare operations.
• Experience leading value analysis, supply chain, or healthcare initiatives.
• Ability to analyze cross-functional data to support decisions.
• Strong communication and facilitation skills.
• Willingness to travel and hybrid work in Irving, TX.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day operations of the value analysis program and drive cost-reduction initiatives.
• Gatekeeper for new product requests and vendor introductions.
• Collaborate with clinical and operational leaders to represent stakeholders.
• Organize and facilitate value analysis team meetings.
• Analyze data from supply chain, clinical, financial, and quality metrics.
• Research evidence to support product evaluations.
• Lead product assessments and communicate findings to physicians and vendors.
• Lead implementation and conversions for standardization.
• Develop policies and program documentation.
• Coordinate educational programs and mentor value analysis specialists.
